
Approval Process for Usage of Marketing Materials and Intellectual Property
To ensure a seamless and efficient process for the approval of marketing materials and intellectual property (IP) usage by our affiliates, QAT Global has established the following procedure.
Steps for Marketing Materials & IP Approval Process
Step 1: Accessing the Submission Form on the Affiliate Portal
- Portal Login: Affiliates are required to log into the affiliate portal at partnerships.qat.com.
- Navigating to Submission Page: Once logged in, navigate to the “Materials Review” page located under the “Training & Resources” submenu.
Step 2: Submitting Custom Material for Approval
- Custom Material Preparation: If you wish to create custom marketing material using QAT Global’s branding or IP, please prepare your draft in alignment with our branding guidelines.
- Submission Form: Complete the online submission form on the “Materials Review” page. Provide detailed information about the material, its intended use, and attach the material for review.
- Description of Usage: Clearly outline how and where the material will be used, including platforms, distribution methods, and target audience.
Step 3: Review Process
- Initial Review: QAT Global’s marketing team will conduct an initial review of the submission to ensure compliance with branding and legal guidelines.
- Feedback and Modifications: If modifications are required, feedback will be provided. Please incorporate this feedback and resubmit the revised material for final approval.
- Approval Notification: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with any final instructions or conditions for the material’s use.
Step 4: Usage and Compliance
- Post-Approval Usage: Use the approved material strictly as outlined in your submission. Any changes in usage must be re-submitted for approval.
- Monitoring Compliance: QAT Global will monitor the usage of approved materials to ensure adherence to the agreed terms.
Step 5: Record Keeping
- Documentation: All submissions, feedback, and approvals will be documented and accessible within your account on the portal.
Additional Information
Turnaround Time: The review process aims for a turnaround time of 5 business days.
