How to Create & Submit Your Presentation for Approval

Step 1: Template Provision

• Access Templates and Guidelines: Visit the ‘Marketing Materials‘ area in your affiliate portal. Here, you will find templates and guidelines for creating presentations. These resources are designed to help you align your presentation with QAT Global’s branding and messaging standards.
• Customization: Use these templates as a starting point. You are encouraged to customize the content to address the specific needs and interests of your SQL, while adhering to the overall branding guidelines.

Step 2: Submission for Review

• Prepare Your Draft: Once your presentation is ready, ensure it meets the guidelines provided.
• Submit Through the Portal: Log into the affiliate portal and navigate to the ‘Materials Review‘ page. Use the submission form to upload your presentation draft. Please include any notes or comments that might be helpful for the review process.

Step 3: Review and Feedback

• QAT Global’s Review: Our team will review your submission to ensure it meets our standards for branding, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Feedback: If any modifications are needed, we will provide you with detailed feedback. You may need to revise and resubmit your presentation incorporating this feedback.

Step 4: Final Approval

• Approval Notification: Once your presentation meets all requirements, you will receive an approval notification via email. Only approved presentations should be used in your engagements with SQLs.

Step 5: Record Keeping

• Documentation: All submissions, feedback, and approvals will be documented and stored within your account on the portal. This record will be useful for future reference and audits.
