  • Tone and Messaging: Maintain a professional tone that aligns with QAT Global’s brand voice. All content should be accurate, respectful, and in line with our company values.

Legal Restrictions

  • Copyright Compliance: Do not use copyrighted material from third parties in your marketing efforts without proper authorization.
  • Truthful Advertising: Ensure all claims about QAT Global’s services are truthful and not misleading. Comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.
  • Data Privacy: Respect customer privacy and data protection laws. Do not share customer information without proper consent.

Company-Specific Rules

  • Approval Required: Submit all custom-created marketing materials using QAT Global’s IP for approval before public use.

Reporting Misuse

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Enforcement: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in a range of actions, from a request for corrective measures to termination of your affiliate status and legal action for serious breaches.
