Policy Title: Affiliate Expenses and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the responsibilities and expectations regarding expenses incurred by affiliates participating in QAT Global’s Elite Connect Affiliate Program. It is designed to clarify the nature of expenses that affiliates are responsible for and the support provided by QAT Global.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all affiliates engaged in marketing activities, including presentations, promotions, and other related efforts, as part of their participation in the Elite Connect Affiliate Program.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities for Expenses

3.1 General Expense Policy: Affiliates are responsible for all expenses incurred in the course of their marketing activities for QAT Global, including but not limited to the creation and delivery of presentations, travel, and personal time.

3.2 Marketing Activities: Affiliates are expected to bear the costs associated with their marketing efforts, including the development of marketing materials, travel expenses for meetings or presentations, and any other costs related to the promotion of QAT Global’s services.

3.3 No Reimbursement: QAT Global will not reimburse affiliates for these expenses, except as explicitly provided for in the terms of specific campaigns or promotions.

4. Support and Resources Provided by QAT Global

4.1 Marketing Materials and Tools: QAT Global will provide affiliates with access to standard marketing materials, branding guidelines, and intellectual property assets at no additional cost.

4.2 Training and Support: QAT Global will offer training sessions, webinars, and support resources to assist affiliates in their marketing efforts, as detailed in the program guidelines.

5. Special Campaigns or Promotions

5.1 Occasional Support: From time to time, QAT Global may offer special campaigns or promotions that include additional support or resources for affiliates. The terms and conditions of such support will be specified in the campaign or promotion details.

5.2 Notification of Support: Affiliates will be notified of these special campaigns or promotions and the extent of any additional support or resources provided by QAT Global.

6. No Additional Expense for QAT Global

6.1 Presentation Expenses: Affiliates will not incur any additional expenses on behalf of QAT Global for presentation-related costs.

7. Agreement and Acknowledgement

By participating in the Elite Connect Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to this policy and acknowledge their responsibility for all expenses related to their marketing activities, except as otherwise provided by QAT Global in specific campaigns or promotions.
