Policy Title: Modifications to Commission Structure

1. Introduction

At QAT Global, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and mutually beneficial relationship with our affiliates. This policy outlines the process and conditions under which changes to the commission structure of the Elite Connect Affiliate Program may occur.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all affiliates participating in the QAT Global Elite Connect Affiliate Program. It covers the modifications to the commission rates or structures associated with the program.

3. Policy on Changes to Commission Structure

3.1 Notification of Changes: QAT Global reserves the right to modify the commission structure of the Elite Connect Affiliate Program. Any such changes will be communicated to all affiliates via email and will be announced on the affiliate dashboard.

3.2 Effective Date of Changes: Changes to the commission structure will become effective 30 days after the date of notification to affiliates. This 30-day notice period is intended to provide affiliates with sufficient time to adjust their strategies and expectations accordingly.

3.3 Applicability of Changes: The revised commission structure will apply to all new deals initiated by affiliates and any pending deals that have not yet resulted in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) as of the effective date of the changes.

3.4 Non-Retroactivity: Changes to the commission structure will not be applied retroactively. All commissions earned by affiliates prior to the effective date of the changes will be calculated and paid based on the commission structure in place at the time those earnings were accrued.

3.5 Uniform Application: Modifications to the commission structure will apply uniformly across the entire Elite Connect Affiliate Program. These changes will not target or affect individual deals selectively but will be applicable to all deals under the program.

3.6 Affiliate Acknowledgement: By continuing their participation in the program following the effective date of any changes to the commission structure, affiliates acknowledge and agree to the revised terms.
